I get a salad bowl with lettuce, pinto beans, chicken, tomato salsa, pico salsa, and guacamole to top it off! I had half of the bowl for lunch yesterday, and the other half will be for lunch today! Yummm!

I walk almost every where I go (including to the gym!) no matter the weather! I go to the gym 6 days a week, and do lots of running on the treadmill, zumba, group cycle, and swimming. -really I just do whatever strikes my fancy, that way going to the gym remains fun for me. I just did the sky high air'obics class yesterday! I estimated my total caloric burn to be around 300 calories for the hour long work out! (you're right, it was a BLAST!)
