It's frustrating, it sucks and I totally understand where you're coming from. Just keep your head up and eventually you'll get there.

People reaching out for genuine help aren't trolls, but when they frame their topic as if they are purposely under eating and upon further reading you find out that the OP is freaking out over ONE day of tracking, it comes off as trolling. People respond appropriately because as far as they are concerned, they're being…

IHOP has NOTHING on the Cheesecake Factory. If you want to be awakened, look at their calorie info, lol!

My kids are my motivation. I used to be really active and I don't want them growing up and wanting to share activities with me that I'm unable to do because of my weight. I want to go horseback riding and skiing and kayaking with them. And I want to go shopping at any store I choose, not just ones that carry my special…

It sounds like you have two fears: being fat and weight lifting. The problem here is that even if you get to 105 pounds, if you aren't building muscle, you will still be fat. You'll just be even skinnier-fat. Eat more and lift heavy to look lean.

It doesn't matter so long as you're consistent. Your "truest" weight is probably first thing in the AM, after you pee but before you eat.

3 things: 1. If your pants are looser, it's working! 2. Throw your scale out the window and review #1 3. Dietary fat does not make you fat. Your body NEEDS fat to function! Fat is especially needed for your cells and your brain!

"Baby weight" is only about 10 pounds of stuff plus the weight of your baby. If you are eating healthier, have terrible morning sickness or no appetite, you only need to lose 15-25 pounds to have gained nothing.

Anyone can add me! I'm just starting and would love to have friends and motivators!

Talk to your doctor, they all have different recommendations on weight gain. The first midwife I saw was fine with me gaining no weight (I was 282 at the time) my second midwife wanted me to gain 15-20 pounds (I was 268 at that time). I don't really gain weight when pregnant because I don't really eat when pregnant, I have…

I would love to get down to 135 but realistically I'll probably stop at 160. I'm trying to lose just over half of my body so I know it will probably get to a point where I can be a higher weight and comfortable in my skin or I can reach my goal of 135 and need surgery to remove excess skin.

I assume this is your first? You do need extra calories when you're breastfeeding because your body is working to make milk. You are risking your supply by not eating back any calories. If I were you (and I have been, twice) I'd wait until 3 months PP to start cutting calories. By then your supply will be better…

If you have one in your area, H&M is great for cheap clothes.

Waaaaay back when (high school) I did LA weight loss. I started at 203 and was wearing a DD. By the time I got to my lowest, 160, I was a 'barely B cup'. My ginormous rack only exists when I'm fat. Turns out I'm supposed to be a member of the itty bitty titty committee :-D
