I log my HIIT work out Vigorous. That's a good work out :)

Just writing things out is very helpful. Great job with logging in 30 days, making it a habit now :). Enjoy the gym and work out those feelings. You will feel much better after.

I get not wanting to workout after work when the kids have been home. But it is only Tuesday, so you haven't gotten completely out of the routine. Make a plan to go tomorrow so you don't get out of the habit of going and keep doing those little exercises during the day, every little bit counts at the end of the day.…

I hate waiting for the results of dieting and exercise. I usually go way overboard the first few weeks and then slower regress till I'm not doing anything. I always think that I should be losing way faster than it happens, so I give up because results are not what I wanted. So I am trying to change my thinking. Set my…

I would love to join. I have been checking in for the last 50 days. Logging sometimes. But some friendly chit chat and how's your day going and some accountability may do me some good. I'm about 200 right now and would be happy at 160-170 with some muscle.

I have the Polar Ft4 and love it. It is accurate in keeping track of the calories burned, better than the machines total. I also like that it show's your heart rate so you know how hard you are actually working. I highly recommond it for cardio. I use it while doing strength so I can keep track of all the calories burned…

Glad I found your topic. I feel like this everyday. I just can't picture the end result either. So thanks. I used this quote I found that said "It takes 21 days to get into a routine" I put a reminder in my phone to show this everyday and it did help with a fitness challenge I was doing. I won :) I need to do it again. It…

I am so glad I found this thread. I have been very reluctant to start exercising because I thought the overhang belly would never go away, even with exercise. Your pictures have been awesome and I am now ready to put in a 110 percent effort to getting in shape. I am just wondering if you all did more cardio or core/strenth…

You can check online and look up upper body exercises for women. Use light weights doing more reps and that will tone you. There are so many to chose from depending on which equipment you have. Bands, weights, kettle bell, or even just push ups are good for you. Good Luck.

Great Job and great results. I just started this and am on day 4. I am hoping I can do it 30 days straight also. Keep up the good work.

Wow. That is great. You and I are the exact same size and weight. I have the DVD and have only done it half way. I am sure going to try it again. Hopefully with the same results as you. Thanks for posting it's a great motivator for me.

Awesome Job. I know you motivate and inspire people everyday. Great Job.

Thanks for the post. I have had a hard time picturing what 20 lbs would be like and if is worth it but I can totally see the difference in you. Great job. Back to working out I go.

Try doing Jullian Michels 30 day shred. It is a 25 minute workout including warm-up and cool-down. With little time to exercise it is quick and just might get you motivated to not binge eat. You can find it for around $10.00 in stores and maybe cheaper online. Try doing the program after dinner and after your work out…

I like the idea of rewards to when you get to a weight you want to be at. Do you have to put a date in when you set your mini goals? Then you have something to work toward and your body can adjust as needed.

Thanks for the post. I have the DVD and only did it a few times and never in a row. Just wansn't sure it was going to work. Your pics show great results and I'm going to put an effort toward it.
