mine might be higher in calories than the rest but it tends to keep me filled to lunch *which is usually after 1*. Also if i keep to a 300ish/300ish/600ish meal type plan it really works well. i've been eating it for every lunch lately now that I've been told to lower my cholestrol. Drained white albacore with lite mayo, onion salt and some pepper on some whole grain bread and american cheese. If I have veggies on hand to throw in I'm all for it.
