Well, I'm Italian, used to a classical Mediterranean "diet", that's traditionally full of carbs. And yes, I would allow myself a bit more carbs than fat, by attitude. But I think I'll increase the fats a bit, and see how it goes. Not sure how... :)

I never said that I don't eat pasta or nutella -or chocolate, or my loved milk and nesquik, or pizza or whatever! :) Still, if I have a meal of just proteins and vegs, my stomach doesn't believe it has been fed properly and vehemently protests :)

Well... I'm not able to stick with the sugars suggested by MFP either... A bit of fruit, a bit of pasta, half a tbs of honey and it's red. Every day. I don't always track accurately. I don't always have a scale, I often eat outside. Weeeel, it depends. There are juices that are 50% added sugar, 30% water, 20% fruit. But an orange juice 100% fruit? What's wrong with that? If I eat OR drink my orange, it is the same.

What about your clothes? 12 pound are not so few.. did you notice that your clothes fit better or worse? If they fit better, don't worry, and weight again yourself in a week or so! Do you take measures of yourself? Those may be better trackers of your results

I have several times in which I have to work in office about, oh, 12 hours? Plus a couple more at home. In those period I obviously think about everything except to exercise... too tired, too stressed, as you say. Well... if we have to do that way, we will.
