I like Tamilee Webb's "I Want That Body" DVD, which includes two short workout routines for your arms (in addition to abs and buns workouts). You'll need free weights for it.

Yes, eat them back. The great thing about MFP is that they already calculate a deficit into your daily goal WITHOUT factoring in any exercise. So if you DO exercise, you have to add those calories to your daily goal in order to get the minimum net calories recommended for your weight/goal/desired rate of weight loss/etc. I…

I don't know when weight loss becomes "real," but I do know that you can start being proud of yourself NOW because you're here. :) I don't know if the 4 pounds I've lost so far are just water weight, but I'm thrilled about it anyway because it represents a downward trend instead of the upward trend of the past four years.…

I LOVE Makoto Ginger Dressing; it's in the produce section at Kroger, with the other refrigerated salad dressings. It's just like the salad dressing I get at Japanese restaurants.
