I can only tell you from my own experience. I am 5'8. 179 pounds I NET 1800 calories a day. And last week lost 3.5. MFP is not god....your body will do what it needs to do if you feed it properly :)

My opinion is eat more :) I am 5'7.5 and 180 pounds and am eating NET 1800 calories. SO on the days I run and do power90 I am actually eating 2100ish calories (more depending on how far I run)

how much more do you have to lose? my first thought is you actually aren't eating enough :0)

MFP tells me 1200 calories at 190 & 5'8. I net my BMR instead. 1600.

If I am following what MFP says for calories (1200) I WILL eat them back. When I had it set for my BMR I didn't eat them back usually. ALthough all bets are off when PMS shows up lol!!! ;)
