Most of my workouts are Afternoons/evenings. I have done a few mornings but it is so hard for me to wake up early to workout before work. Maybe someday I can do it for more than a week.

Bowling eve wii bowling if played long enough leaves my arms sore. I would definitley consider it activiy but I always use things like that as bonus I don;t count them towards my exercise calories burned.

Don't give up don't give up don't give up. Keep going. The scale will always fluctuate. Just keep eating right and exercising. Don't eat too little or too much and push yourself in the actvities you do. (Push not injure)

The motivation and drive to stick with it has to come from within you. You are going to have times you don't want to do it the key is to just go freakin do it. After it's done you'll feel like.. i dont know why i didn't just do it sooner.
