  • I'm a big stress eater. I will eat a smaller portion or lower calorie option of what I'm craving if I really need to give in. Instead of a whole freakin chocolate bar, just two squares of it. And yeah, finding another outlet. At work it's hard to do. Going for a walk, if you have the time, usually helps me.
  • Thanks for the suggestions. Variety is probably a good one. I'm low on fibre and water! And I don't vary my workouts a lot, they've just become more intense. I should maybe go to the gym instead of swimming all the time. How do you measure yourself? Just with a regular tape measure? Keep em coming!
  • Quinoa is a must if you're not already eating it. Yogurt, cheese and an afternoon latte if you're not vegan or lactose intolerant. I guess soy milk could work too.
