Metabolism: Most experts will tell you to eat as soon as you wake up (after your medication). You'll burn more calories kickstarting your metabolism early in the morning. If not, your body goes into fat storage mode, instead of fat burning mode. So I've been told. I just started doing this myself, we'll see if it works ;)
