Greek Gods has a pomegranet and a honey that are amazing. The pom one is pink too <3 its sooo good, about $1/6oz and I believe its a 0%, most are 0% or 2%, twice the protien of the regular stuff = twice the fullness, and more active cultures. Greek yogurt is just made of win.

sometimes those slip ups will boost up your metabolism and help you lose a bit more that week. Not saying you should slip up more or anything lol but when you keep your metabolism guessing it tends to give a temporary ramp up :)

how much do you have to lose and what are you setting your goals at? If you have 20lbs to lose and have your goals set at 2lbs a week you're probably not being realistic and would need to change your goals to .5-1lb a week to actually lose your target

lol I TOTALLY get what you mean!!! I wore size 11 before my spinal injury so that means with my leg braces I need a 12-13WW. Drag stores have GREAT selections on dressy shoes and sandals, but not so much on flats or athletic shoes
