I just think 2840 is too many. I am usually way below that. Sometimes I push the envelope and try to get them all in, and thats not including exercise calories being made up... I feel like a stuffed piggie. "Turn me over, Im done on this side. Got the griddle marks on my butt cheeks to prove it." *Extra benes for the one that remembers what movie that line is from...*

I felt the same way, when I lost the first 10lbs the system took me from 2640 down to 2420 and I felt it was still too much so I put myself on a very manageable 2000 because I felt so guilty not making my goal on calories! When I lost the next 10lbs the system would have put me at 2110 but I kept it at the 2000 and plan to keep it there until weight loss slows under the 2lbs a week I am aiming for0

you dont have to eat all that..and you certainly dont have to eat your exercise cals back. i know a lot of people on here are mis-informed about all this, constantly spewing the starvation mode myth. i dont know how you can even eat that much, if you are on a healthy diet. i can barely get in 1300 and i am trying to eat 1700. of course i am vegetarian and the foods i choose to eat are naturally lower in calories. (i am not trying to lose weight, i am trying to gain muscle which requires caloric surplus). if you eat enough to stay under your calories and you feel full, you'll be fine.0

Well, I tend to calorie cycle and once in awhile for certain giggles I try to get up there. lol. Or I just have a higher calorie day. Emotional need for food. Whatever your diagnosis.0 -
