Feel free for anyone to add me too! I know low carb is all that works for me, but still I keep trying the whole low fat, high carb method. Still feel horrible. So I'm going back into induction to kick start my carb hating engines... I could use friends that understand too.

It all depends on how you're equipping yourself... Cooler, microwave, lunchbox oven? Best I've found is to avoid eating in the truckstops as much as possible.

I'm a 1,200 cal girl too for anyone who wants to add me. I'm a sedentary truck driver with short bursts of exercise when loading/unloading my truck so it's the right amount for me and my super slow metabolism post childbirth (ok, so that was 4 years ago lol)
