I have not weighed my food but I will start this week. Another thing I am curious about is this...I eat a lot of fruit and even though it's natural, I wonder if this could be one of my problems?

My upper thighs are sharing because I walk. Walking burns fat and tones. You can also do leg lifts and scissors, lying on your back. Hope this helps

Hi there. Kale is a green and you would cook it just like any other greens. Little water, little seasoning. I blend it into my smoothies and it is high in iron. It is really good.

I too tried this diet more than once and I lost 4-5 pounds each time. Unlike others I found the dinner meals to be way too much food. Working out and getting healthier is never easy. I'm doing both eating right and getting plenty of "kickass" exercise and it wears me out. See the light at the end of your I dividing tunnel. It should glow brighter each day.

Try baking in the oven with different low fat/low calorie marinades. Also lemon pepper seasoning is great on chicken breast. That's how I'm preparing my meal for today.

Hello, you don't want to ,one too fast, because it will only come back faster. Take a look into what you Re eating and how much exercise you are eating. Try eating clean. That consist of fresh vegetable and fruits and eliminating, fast foods, starches, sugars, sodas, etc...
