I am 220 but hoping to drop the weight and get to 199 by Christmas. My exercises and movement are fine. Count me in to losing 10lbs by the end of September. It's only one month and I think it's safe enough for that short period. Where are we keeping track? Here?

I do not want to be an obese person however I don't want to set myself up for failure with an unrealistic goal either. I am considered morbidly obese in my current weight and know it's unhealthy.
