  • My suggestion? Don't. I personally will not fast because of the nutritional deficit. 500 calories is NOT enough to exercise and it's also incredibly lower than starvation mode. If you "need" to fast than, you cannot exercise especially knowing that you only eat 500 calories a day.
  • My calorie goal isn't too low. I asked my doctor how many calories I should be consuming to lose weight and he told me to shoot for 1200, I than went onto a calorie calculator and it told me to eat 1236 calories a day but, MFP says 1310. thanks for asking.
