Ditto that. I like light soy milk or almond milk on cereals. I use skim cow milk in the coffee machine. (Occasionally, I blend it with light soy milk or replace it with light soy milk.) It can often depend what's in the cupboard or fridge on a given day. Regards, r_a_i_n_b_o_w__w_a_r_r_i_o_r

In time, you're bound to. It may be that the fit and fall of your clothes masks loss so far. The positive is that you feel looser waist bands ... that, in itself, is wonderful personal feedback. Usually, when I go back to concentrated weight loss and extra exercise, my wife says my face changes become noticeable eight to…

People talk 5h1t without knowing; * your bone density * your lean muscle versus your total body fat * your skeletal differences ... e.g. I have very wide hips for a male even when I'm not overweight. Stop worrying. Be confident in yourself.

Well done. Nice progress. Big pat on the back to you!

No chance you can change your boredom foods? Take some carrot and celery sticks and some low-fat plain yoghurt. Fruits? Crisp, fresh green beans? Works for a lot of folks.

1. Put your son in the pram and go for a walk in your neighbourhood (if it's safe to do so). 2. Visit a neighbour or call one to come over. Have a diet soft drink or tea or coffee together and talk about your goals. Regards, Best wishes.

What a stunning transformation. You've gone from fairly attractive to absolutely alluring. Love your winning smile. Good luck with your last thirty pounds. Best wishes.

Also, with the food & exercise diary, you can plan ahead a bit. I tend to eat a bit less and/or exercise a little bit more in the 7-14 days leading up to a major event or family celebration. It can lead you to know that you've "pre-saved" 1500-3000 calories before a wedding for instance. Does no-one else use their recorded…

And another thing, let it come close to room temperature then use a milk brother or espresso machine wand to puff it up like whipped cream. Great for certain veges and lo-cal desserts. Guests will think you've been to chef school.

So, I'm not out for a fast-paced "kill myself" exercise program. Lots of movement and repetition. Plenty of perspiration. Moderate eating and drinking.

Well, to be frank, dodgy knee joints. I need to change and get into a different type of cardio machine regularly because my knees struggle to do much more. I do know from past experience that, as the body mass falls away, the knee tolerance goes up. My knees and ankles have been doing double duty for far too long.

double post ... sorry

One good bit of news, despite nearly 20 years of morbid obesity, is that I have had annual medicals and full path tests every July. I can't believe that I'm not a type 2 diabetic but my numbers are basically pretty good. I used to play lots of sports until career-ending injuries one on top of the other between 35 and 37…

About two months shy of my retirement date. Two years is not set in stone. I really don't mind if it takes 3+ years ... as long as the trend is good.

Indeed ... and I have broken it into achievable smaller divisions.

Oh yeah. Have come part way a number of times before but let job and personal factors sabotage me. I know about sweating.

Have purchased a gym membership upfront ... 24/7 gym just between home and work on my commute. Plan a five or six visits per week rota with 70-90 mins of moderate paced exercise and weights.
