Tough call, but I'd have to go with being practical and keep it if the bed is in good shape. At the very least you can get new bedding and duvet cover and make it yours.

Oh, wow, it's great to hear I'm not the only one! I agree with all of the posts that say to hide it (or lock it up...love that one) but I also fall into the trap of checking my weight morning and night. I'd love to hear what you decide to do. Good luck!

If you have access to a pool, I'd try walking in the water. It would be easy on your ankle and cool you off in that crazy hot weather. Good luck!
