i allow myself to count 16oz. of tea a day as my water :] you should try and drink half your bodyweight in ounces each day, hydrate your body from the inside out if you're only drinking eight glasses, i would say only count eight ounces of the tea as water hope this helps! good luck!!

i eat the HECK out of those things!!!! well... one a day, MAAAAAYBE two there is almost a table spoon of sugar in each bar, but it is my opinion that the benefit from the fiber outweighs the sugar issue (; also, the fiber one brownies are AMAAAAAZING!!! less calories, and they make me feel like i am actually eating…
