I still find I can't make an entry in the October spreadsheet. It will open and I can read everything, but a little box bottom-right is telling me that it's read-only. Do I need to be given write-permission to make an entry or am I doing something stupid ??? Help please !!

I've re-discovered geocaching as an excuse for a walk and motivation to get off my butt when I need it. I also spend a lot of time in my garden, just pottering around, mowing the lawn, weeding, etc. I'm retired so I need to find motivation to get out and do things, not necessarily energetic things either.

Welcome to My Fitness Pal. I've come back onto this site as I find the app very user friendly, and last time around, I got shedloads of support from other members. I dropped off the site and piled weight back on - I don't know which was the cause of what lol but I'm in it for real this time. John B

Sounds tasty. Will probably try it - Halloween coming and all that ; )

I started off with 5:2 then liked it so much I went to 4:3 and got some real good weight loss, now I'm drifting a little - more like 4.5:2.5 !! Must get back on track soon however.

I hope you like prison food - because that's what you'd be eating for 24 hours in UK :wink:

Lew. That's a terrific weight loss and I'm going to use you as a motivator when I have a bad day like today it's only my third fasting day and I found myself marking my journey home by passing McDonald's, Burger King, motorway services and Starbucks. Oh the yearning for a McDonald's breakfast - and its 4 in the afternoon…
