Yo yo! 32, and hot as hell! And bald, and going grey. It could be worse, I could still be young and dumb.

What they said. I don't return to the weights to the floor. And I like your rack. The one in the picture. With the weights. **I read the "I like your rack part", and realized what it sounded like, so I clarified. I don't normally attempt to not offend. It's been a weird day for me.

I'm on it. I have 35 to go. I'll probably do more, but we'll see. Anyone here can feel free to add me as well.

I've lost plenty of weight while drinking. I just keep it to a controlled amount and make sure that I have the cals to spare that day.

Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V are my life. I workout at lunch everyday. What I've found that helps me is that when I'm hungry but don't need to eat, I drink water or coffee. When I work out, it's an hour or more of high intensity stuff.

I'm in for the quote. We have it hanging up in our house. Now I'm staying because you totally kick butt. Great job. Great post. I'm motivated by you.

Eggs are effing delicious. But if you don't like them there are other ways to get your protein in. They work for me most days. Some days I don't feel like eating an egg, so I don't. Add bacon. That always makes eggs better. Or steak. That also goes great with eggs.

This. Just get some Death Wish Coffee and call it good.

I only have 1 active friend, and wouldn't mind the extra motivation. I'm ok with working on my own, but I know that if someone is watching I'll get more out of it. Request on the way.

I lost about 30 lbs the first time I was on here. I got to where I felt like I had everything under control and I could do it without documenting, and I was doing great. Then I went on vacation. So, here I am, 20 lbs heavier than I was the first time I started, and I'm back to documenting everyday. What changed for me was…

1) Yes, but she hasn't logged on in months 2) Yeah, see above 3) Nope, we are pretty much the same with each other online and in person.

Holy crap! That's great! I dealt with drinking and depression and the weight gain that comes with it. Sometimes I still don't feel like I'm beating it, but the gym is the answer. Keep up the good work!

My wife makes a sweet potato/Kale stew that is amazing. It's also Paleo friendly for those that eat that diet. I don't, but if I could have the stew everyday, I might.

This. So much this. But so good.

I'm a database administrator. I used to lift, but right now the only thing I lift is myself. I'm just doing bodyweight stuff right now, but in Iraq I used to lift big 5 days a week, and for a couple years after.

Hock a loogie. I have the same problem. I don't always spit, depending on where I am, if I'm running alone, on a treadmill (ok, I sometimes spit on the treadmill, but only to display my masculine dominance to a hot chick), etc. I just clear my throat the same as if I was sitting at work and deal. When I'm running in the…

Holy Crap!! She's on to us! You have pretty eyes. See? It's not all physical, we're sensitive.

Haggis anyone? Scrapple anyone? Skin, organs, leftovers? Sounds good to me. Side note: Don't make fun of Scrapple. I grew up on that loaf of leftover parts. I LOVE It.

A Harley! $17,000 and worth every penny.

Cardio 6 days a week. I Run for either speed or distance, and alternate. Also, I lift 5 days a week. I usually concentrate on one body part a day (ie. chest, back, legs, etc). The beauty is that I don't have to go too much over board to make up if I miss a day because of work, Army crap, or just general fatigue. I change…

I'm in for Team USA! I'm bringing the pain!

You had me a Tequila and Big Macs. That I and I just started back on this after realizing I suck without it, and I only have 1 friend that has logged in in the past 6 months.

Man, I hope that isn't sarcasm, because I'm the exact same way. There is a trainer or two at my gym that walk around and do that. They get paid to help. I don't.

75 here yesterday, and I finally put a new battery in Traveller (the Street Bob). Took a half day to watch the Nationals start the World Series run and put some miles on the bike.

Not near you anymore, but I grew up in Gloucester.

Hey Animal Mother, What do you think of the obesity epidemic in the U.S.? What do I think of the obesity epidemic in the U.S.? I think we should win.
