Ginger is great for nausea. I use ginger tea. Should help a little with the gas too. Mint tea is also good for gas. Just curious do you think you might be constipated because that could definitely be causing the severe gas and upset stomach. If so a nice 8 oz glass of prune juice will fix you right up. For your knee I would try to just be conscious about when your landing to not be landing on a straight leg. Keep a little bend in your knees. Especially on those jumping jacks and stuff. That's seemed to help me.

My upper back really hurt too. I would suggest heat instead of ice. Just put a heating pad on your back for a while and it will help relax the muscles. If your taking pain meds make sure your taking an anti inflammatory and try to take it regularly. I like aleve because you only need to take one every 12 hours. I hope this…

Sometimes if I think my scale is being weird ill hold something heavy and weigh and then weigh normally. It seems to kind of do a sort of reset. But it could possibly just be time for you to get a new scale.

Hi. Unfortunately high blood pressure could just be genetic but losing weight will help you find that out. There are lots of things to do to lower it.
