Well I'm almost 40.. yet I've struggle with my weight all my life and have found that I work out a lot more and eat better then before and just trying to mantain. . Went down hill after 35.... I want to lose at least 50.. looking for friends for suport

I decided to measure myself rather then weight as I weight myself before my holiday was 193, after same ( I could physically see myself softer due to no exercise and bad nutrition), 2 weeks after being back to low calories and weights still the same but physically look different ( not as soft) Thank you :smile:

Thank you jemhh that's what I was doing before 1600 calories 4x weights 3x 20min steady pase cardio and I wasn't gaining. . I should give my body a break as it looks like I'm under eating.

I use measuring cups and spoons but should use a scale.. I use MFP calculator My caros are 40/40/20 ( protein /carbs/fats) As per my nutrition plan it's supposed to be 30 g fat, 140 of protein on lifting days 120 non lifting, 135 g carbs on lifting and 115 non lifting.. And no I don't eat my calories back.. FYI thank you…

No the most I weighted was 202 before delivery. . This is my heaviest.. last time I did my BF % I was 29%. Right now I'm at a 1400 calorie intake and work out between 6-8 hour a week high intensity. . I do loft heavy.. I'm bar bell squaring 150lbs, leg press 370lbs, tricep extensions 65 lbs... AWSOME :) I'm more focused on the way I feel and look vrs weight. I love lifting weight and put muscle quick so weight for me is a tad deceiving.

Thanks. I find it to be a short work out and yes challenging. I like it, not a fan of all the jumping. I'm used to weight training so still graping my mind around the shorter amount of time the video takes vrs the 1 hr of cirquit weight training. I'm also used to the cycling and runing.. So hope to see results.

That seems like it'd be pretty low for me. My workout days usually run me 400-1000 calories burned. If I won't ate 1400 a day on workout days I'd be at a net of 1000-400 calories Net. I usualy burn around the same amount of calories from 400-1200 and work out 6X a week. So I make sure I eat all my calories. I also don't…

Well I consume between 1400-1500 calories a day on work out days and 1300 on non work out days. I don't put in my calories burned or work outs on MFP as it alters your calories. I just put it as an exercise note. As I'm trying to still lose weight ( tone up) I need to be in a caloric defisit. All my info btw I have gotten…
