I have those moments, and really it becomes about forgiving yourself. Just let the past be in the past, and look to now to recapture your fighting spirit. You obviously want to get back on the wagon, or you wouldn't be here, right? Decide NOW to take the power back. Baby steps, deep breaths, and be kind to yourself.

"run your own race" it can be too tempting to compare our bodies/work outs/foods with others. i "run my own race", and focus on being supportive of those around me. :)

I just went through a breakout, and attribute it to my period (PMS DEVIL). It's clearing up. Just keep taking in maximum H2O... As for additional help clearing it up, apple cider vinegar toner works. I run, and would love to meet other like-minded folks. I run 3-4 days a week (interval training, too). My workouts are generally between 3.5-6 miles. Looking to add miles (and hopefully speed).

I use the "circuit training, general" for 20 minutes. BTW, found the entire workout (for all three levels) on youtube. It seems that JM possibly approved this, as they've been up for almost a year. I think it'll be a good supplement on non-gym days. People seem to get really good results!

I like it as a hair rinse with some essential oils. I will also drink it (2 tsp/12 ounces water) for indigestion and bloating issues. Can't speak to the weight loss effect, though.

I've found it's great for replenishing after a workout. Maybe that's where it figures into weight loss? It definitely quenches the thirst, and has a lot of potassium.

I can gain up to 5lbs in water weight with ease! It goes away quickly, too. But... ugh. PMS is the devil.
