  • No, I'm not suffering from any deficiancies. I'm aiming for 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats. That means I need 135 grams of both carbs and proteins and 30 grams of fat. Just what I've been reccomended to try from a freind and trainer.

  • Thanks for the ideas everyone. I do have protein powder about once a day usually. Love cottage cheese, eggs, and lean meats too. I guess I'll jsut have to eat more of those things.
  • I agree, it all depends on each person. I sometimes do a half scoop of protein, with water and ice. Or half a banana and a few almons. My experience to not have peanut or any other nut butters before a run. Weighs me down!
