Four people, one of them on the tractor, one driving the truck, 1200 bales of hay, finished up after dark driving next to the tractor so the guy baling could see by the truck headlights. got it in before rain, but well after the dew, so we had damp, heavy bales and lost many to mold. easily the worst day ever. Even the men…

I've tried one, once. It was like eating styrofoam. Yuck! Even the dog wouldn't finish it! This is not a food, in my opinion. May as well eat cardboard, or packing peanuts, for all the flavor it had. Absolutely not worth it.

I have great legs and very good cleavage, so that's my vote.

I LOVE the Bloomin' Onion at the Outback... but was not happy to find that one of them has around 1,200 calories. Grrrr......

If it's just a migraine, being sore, etc., I ignore it. If it's the flu, my husband and farm manager fill in for me.

Robin Hobbs' "The Rain Wilds" series.... very good. Also, for about the fifth time, "The Name Of The Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss, one of the best books of all time and one of the very, very few that actually deserves to stand with "The Lord Of The Rings".

Not at all important to me, personally... I don't know mine and don't care.

Yes, I'm a farmer, I know horses and how to grow food, raise and butcher meat animals and poultry, how to weave, various other skills.

NO thank you. I haul hay, feed bags, topsoil and such, feed and water horses, garden, drag water hoses around, clean stalls, wrestle wheelbarrows full of manure, spread sawdust and straw, weed the garden, etc., etc.... 7 days a week. Why would I go to a gym to do MORE work? That isn't even remotely fun. It's a chore, and…

Having seen the photos, I have to say some of them are pretty immodest. Umm.... no thanks.

I like my pants loose and comfortable... no stretch pants for me, or skinny jeans ( ugh!), bike shorts, or leggings. Nothing tight.

I don't own any sports bras. Don't need them, and don't like them.. I do everything in a good quality, good fitting underwire bra, of which I have about 12, various colors. I do launder them as needed, in a mesh bag, on "delicate", of course.

Not all of us care. I don't.

Yeah, right, while cleaning stalls and loading/unloading hay, painting, gardening , hauling topsoil, planting, driving the hay wagon.......... Plus I live in MIchigan, where it's only warm enough for sundresses two or three months of the year. Sorry, but impractical for my life.

I've never worn a sports bra or needed to. I wear a good underwire bra for everything. Cacique from Lane Bryant in 36C or 38C is the best I've ever found, so comfortable you can't feel that you're wearing one at all without feeling for the straps.

I asked my husband. He says, stupid question. It depends on what she's doing. Jeans if working around the farm, a dress if she and I go out to dinner, pants and t shirts for everyday, swimwear and coverups if we're on a cruise. Smart man.

That's what I'd do with an avocado, can't stand them. The same goes for anything Mexican.

That would be my husband, back when we were dating in high school. About 6 months into the relationship. We were only 17 when we started dating ( first date for me, second for him, he'd gone out once with another girl). so we were not in any hurry....

Mashed with a dollop of butter and some brown sugar, or a sprinkle of praline pecans. Oven roasted with butter and cracked pepper. Soup with chicken stock, half and half, curry and cracked pepper.. ...sweet and velvety. Sweet poato fries. Sweet potato chips from the dehydrator. Ginger sugar sprinkled on oven roasted sweet…

Huh. I have never, ever, taken food to the barn other than bruised apples or corn shucks/cobs for the horses.. A bottle of water if I'm going to be there for a while cleaning stalls or loading/unloading/stacking hay, but food? Never. I just walk the 75 ft. back to the house. I'm going to assume most of you posters have…

I'm 65.....I've never been to a gym. I stay in shape doing farm work. Yesterday it was lifting 85 bales of hay off the field and carrying them to the hay trailer and loading them, helping my husband stack them some of the time. Today, it was unloading the same 85 bales off the trailer, so we can use the trailer later.....…
