*Almost* all diseases can be healed, obviously there are some that aren't. However those that can be are all related to nutrient deficiencies. Check out that Hashi's book and check out Dr. Wahl who cured her progressive MS...she went from a wheelchair and braces to riding a bike and being active within one year of…

Pork Rinds are another good one. We make our own as most of the ones sold in stores have MSG and other junk in them.

My family growing up was the typical on-the-go, fast food eating, meals from a box, very little fresh foods family. My mom was always on some diet, yo-yoing in weight, always concerned what others thought of her, etc...My dad was/is heavily addicted to sugar and caffeine. He'd eat a whole box of little debbie snacks in one…

We love fruit salad! I add a bit of lemon juice to preserve the fruit color, a 1/4-1/2 cup sliced almonds and whipping cream (either dairy whipping cream whipped up or full fat canned coconut milk whipped up). Adds a few more healthy calories but man oh man it makes for one creamy crunchy dessert :)

Homemade yogurt is a breeze...I don't know if you've tried it. Here's a recipe that I use frequently. Although we no longer consume cow's milk...we use cashew or almond milk now, however the recipe is the same. Crockpot Yogurt: http://www.primalrights.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=4269&hilit=yogurt

Ditto. Everything else gets a good vinegar/water soak/rinse. A couple tablespoons vinegar to a sink full of water does the trick. Freezer meals and crock pot meals are my fav for family meals. Although as of late, we've all been snacking throughout the day and I haven't had to cook a full meal.

I'm a chocolate almond milk or Vanilla Almond milk fan for adding a bit of flavor and cream to my coffee. Although lately I'm hooked on freaking a tablespoon of torani syrup

Is it really that much if we don't eat out at all? Up until last week when we grabbed some to go food from a restaurant, we literally hadn't eaten out in 3 years. If you consider the occasional eating out, coffee, bottled water, etc...that most folks buy on top of their monthly grocery bill, I bet a family of 6 with 4…

4 adults and 2 kids (3&5), I cook ALL our meals no exceptions. We spend $800-$1200/mo. We stay away from GMOs and round up ready corn. We are GF, DF and mostly grain free. We hunt deer and stock the freezer full but do get a good amount pork and chicken from the store. Buying in bulk saves a lot of money by buying through…

We have a giant garden, father-in-law brings his tractor with his giant field disc to "till" every spring. If we did it with a rotatiller it would take forever. We grow pretty much everything under the sun and what we don't eat fresh gets canned or Frozen

Gluten free, mostly grain free, dairy free...clean eater here. Open diary to friends. Although I will admit lately my freaking candy sweet tooth has gotten the best of me, however tomorrow is day one of kicking that habit to the curb again!

Happy Chuck Norris birthday. Chuck Norris doesn't blow out his candles, he smothers them with the weight of his glare. When Chuck Norris looks at the sun, the sun blinks.
