Probably Detox like others have suggested. I know I went through a week or so of flu-like symptoms after going cold turkey off sodas, processed foods, wheat and dairy. It was pretty rough, but when I came out the other side I felt and still do feel fantastic!

Turkey, venison and rabbit are good meat substitutes. Lean cuts of beef too. It's not uncommon for us to do up a large turkey once a month and use it in sandwiches, soups, salads, main meals, etc... Same as you would chicken.

When I make stews I skip baking potatoes and either sub some sweet potatoes or add more veggies (carrots, cauliflower, zucchini, broccoli, etc...)

This may sound odd but it's really amazing: fruit leather for a sandwich wrap. I've made mango, peach, apple, blueberry, tomato and carrot so far. I've added spices too to give even more depth. They hold an amazing amount of goods including liquid.
