  • I think it depends what works for you. I use it for breakfast, but I have always been a protein shake for breakfast while driving in the car kinda girl. I only use it for one meal a day with well balanced lunch and supper.
  • It really kicked my butt at first too, but it gets better everyday. Look back once a week and see what you can do that couldn't do last week and you will amaze yourself!
