You need to thaw it! It will stay frozen on the inside if you just throw it on the george foreman right away. :) My boyfriend always cooks chicken for me on the foreman. It's the closest we can get to grilling in our apartment. We cook 4 or 5 chicken breasts at the beginning of the week, so I can put it in or on anything.…
