There different purposes to using P90X. I follow the "LEAN" program. Its more cardio a less resistance for weight loss. I weigh 170 and 5'0. Theres no need to lose weight before hand. Once I get down my weight I will then switch to the classic program for toning. I would definately recommend it. Its a go at your pace…
