I cannot work out later in the day, I need to get it done in the morning - unless its a game of football (soccer) with my mates at night. And I also agree with the above post that it makes me feel happier during the day.

Before my wedding last year I did a boot camp in town but it became too expensive to keep up, but I really did enjoy the High Intensity Interval training. So when on honeymoon I saw an infomercial for Insanity DVDs which was the same. I love it and it sets me up for the day. Couldn't face doing it after work!

Try to exercise for longer periods (1 hour) less often.
