It could just be one of those unexplainable things your never going to know the answer to. I have one of those too. I always way more on a Monday morning then I do any other day of the week. If I weigh 173 on Sunday I'll weigh 177 or more on Monday then I'll be back to 173 on Tuesday. Go figure :ohwell:

You might also have thyroid problems. I know that I felt that way my whole life. I went to every Dr. in my town and it took them seven years to find out the cause. Everybody's body is different. I myself am a late night snacker. I try to eat healther snacks at night and it hasn't effected my weight lose any. As long as I exercise and I don't go over my calorie count for the day I'm fine. It's up to you.

I find that having a grilled chicken breast for dinner has very few calories and its very filling. I call it my no-fail dinner. 1- 8oz grilled chicken breast 1 serving- frozen whole cernal corn 1.5 serving- Ore ida potatoes o'brien calories 350 fat 4 carbs 40 its alot of food. I often can't finish it all.

I myself do not do anything the first couple of days. It makes me fell worse but everybody is different. As long as i still keep watch of my calorie count I have no set backs.

Some of the games are free but to play all the games you have to pay for a club account.

OMG I have the same problem. That is so weird. I to am having problems with weight gain, I just got put on a higher does of medication and am hoping it will help. Do you have any problems with side effects with your meds?
