  • I typically stick with the original 1200 calories reguardless of what exercise I'm doing. Unless I feel like I'm starving then I go ahead and use some of the extras. But, you don't have to.

  • I never had my wisdom teeth out so I personally don't know what your going through. All four of mine grew in and I had room for them so they're still there.
