Finishes W4D1. I was worried about running 5 minutes, but I slowed my jog down a little and I got thru it feeling great!

I did W3D2 yesterday after taking 2 days off. The first 3-minute run was a struggle the last minute, but I think that's because I was also going up a slight hill. I found the second 3-minute to be much easier to get through. It sounds like everyone is doing fantastic! Keep it going!

Finished W1D3. Ran outside and really, really enjoyed it. Tried a free iPhone app that told me when to walk and run while listening to my music. My new running shoes felt great! I hate having to take every other day off, but I'm not going to push it. How's everyone else doing?

I took Sunday off, as I am soooooooooooo sore from Core Cardio on Saturday. This happened a couple of weeks ago when I did P90 1-2 for 2 days. I can't believe how sore everything is. Tonight I plan to work through it doing either treadmill or a dvd.
