  • I'm 5'2' and 19, and my goal weight is 135-140! I know that seems high for some, but the last time I weighed 135 was when I was 13, so I don't think my body is naturally smaller! My doctor wanted 142, so. My current weight is 161.
  • I weigh myself once first thing in the morning everyday, I get worried that if I don't weigh myself I will become unmotivated and subconsciously slip back into old habits! If I weigh everyday, I can notice patterns right away and curb any bad ones.
