I agree with loving these products. I think the one that is described above is a bodysuit tank top type but there are tons out there. I dont recall the brand but the ones that macy's carry are awesome, a little pricey but they hold well for a few years. Ive had my same tank tops for 2+ yrs and it still very tight/strong…

Im going to start today as well. I've been on 1200 cal for the last couple of months. I hadnt given too much thought to uping my calories. To be honest Im a little scared to up them because I have been doing my best to stay at 1200 and I have had good results. Wish me luck!

OK im in on this, my last challenge was a total fail :( but I hope to stay on track. Im 5' 7 weighing 217 and would like to be 210 by the end of the month.

I have just started to work out at home, and it is a bummer for me because I dont have the motivation to do it.... but we can afford a gym membership right now so im looking for good you tube videos, etc.... any suggestions?

Tomorrow is a new day! I just started and have noticed that not everyone gets to their goal on a daily basis, some go over and some go under. I have done it for 5 days and have gone over 3 of my 5 days and have still managed to loose 5lbs. (I have a lot of weight to loose so simply cutting back some calories is helping…

hhhmmm an entire cheat day? I dont think I can trust myself with a whole day of cheating/treating myself. But maybe later one meal for a speacil event or something like that.
