  • I'm in! June 1- 30 minutes I know it isn't a great start, but most days I work out between 30-90 minutes, so I believe it will even out. Plus it might push me on the days I'm only feeling 30 minutes!
  • I was told by my coach no working out the first month of the diet. You could probably do some light exercise, but I would definitely talk to your coach first, and see what they say. Good luck!
