I am so glad I am found this group my binging has gotten out of control. I will do so well then not be able to handle an emotion or some bull**** and boom BINGE LIKE CRAZY and literally gain 15lbs in two weeks (i haven't changed my ticker to reflect it because i'm to embarassed). I feel the same way especially since most of my friends have entered into their "I am in a super serious realtionship and only want to stay in phase" I feel like I have to find a whole new group of friends which is scary/ sucks. I've joined a rugby team and a kickball team and try to stay as busy as possible with two jobs…

The warrior dash is super fun! I am training for the Tough Mudder in October. I am also thinking of the Army 10 miler or maybe a Half marathon

This week burned: 1945 total approx 2890 Need to seriously up my game. Although I have been told i have been underestimating one of my workouts (this zumba like class) by 400 calories so my my count my actually be 1500 higher. I am working on getting a better estimate.
