Ive always been a big eater and could eat whatever I wanted and not gain weight. Once I hit my 40's it started to creep on. Of course, boredom, chips and salsa, and wine helped some too.....

Thanks for posting these videos....I was close to doing a real push-up and hurt my shoulder - ( not doing push-ups) and I'm back to doing wall push-ups... Going to take each stage slow.... Maybe I'm dreaming thinking that someday I'll be able to do a pull-up, but hopefully the slow progression will help me get there…

Happy Friday! I'm Down 3 lbs in 2 weeks! I tweaked my back last week so have been taking it easy on the strength training and doing more cardio than I usually do..... Evening snacking still happening, but tracking everything and keeping it within allowed calories.....

I've ordered a book called convict conditioning that apparently works you through a slow progression of push-ups, ( starting with wall push-ups) pull-ups, squats ect. Starting slow and building your strength at each stage helps to avoid injury.....
