I am trying to work out what works best for me and right now it seems I eating something very low calorie around 2-3pm and then having my big meal at dinner works best. I went to Pret a Manger for lunch, looked at the calorie counts, and tried something different that fell within the calorie range I typically consume at lunch -- and it was good! Always nice to try new things and remember that I do have choices.
