This sounds like me. I'm 5'8" and started out at 275ish.... I'm down to 205 and my 1st goal weight is 175, then go from there. According to the "charts" I should be between 124 and 145.... I think that would look unhealthy on me as well....

Usually, with me it is the sodium or fat numbers that get me.... BUT Caramel Frappes from McDonalds and Applebee's Tequila Lime Chicken are two favorites that were worse than I thought....

I have tracked my nutrition and activity on paper and I have used another support site.... MFP works the best for me because 1- the numbers seems a little more accurate than when I did it on paper, and 2 - MFP is more about getting things done and less about how pretty the web site is.... The other site was about points…
