Wow, I find this very interesting. I'm relying on my HRM (Polar FT4) for my calorie burn as well, and I, too, am having trouble losing weight. Thanks for this, it's helped me a ton!

The only time I've ever had this problem, I was either pregnant or sick. Seriously, I'm hungry all day every day. The struggle is so real!

Hypothyroidism? Edit: Nevermind, I see from your post that your thyroid levels are normal. I'm 3 months pp and I'm having trouble shedding the baby weight too. You aren't alone.

You probably need a heart rate monitor. I have the Polar FT-4 and I love mine. That's really the best way to tell how much you are burning.

Hi all! I'm 5'5" HW: 186 ( 9 months pregnant with my son in June of this year, gained 48 (eek!) pounds.) CW: 154 GW: 138 (also pre-pregnancy weight and where I've always felt my best) We'll see if 138 looks the same on me post baby, and go from there :)

I just had a baby in June, and still have 16 lbs to go! I was in the best shape of my life right before I got pregnant, but he is totally worth it. Feel free to add me! Right now, I'm at a stand-still with my weight and it's driving me CRAZY!!!! :angry:

Prenatal vitamins! I've been taking them for a month and they have helped so much!! If you don't want to take those, take Folic Acid.

I usually just use the "Add quick calories" function and put something crazy in there like 25,000 calories. :laugh:

Me! Well, I was anyway...I'm finally down to the my desired weight. I said I wanted 1 last summer to look semi-cute in a bikini before we started trying. Now that summer is coming to a close, I think it's time. Yay!

I was measured at 5' 4 3/4" so I round up to 5'5" haha. :bigsmile:

Someone mentioned this earlier, but I can relate with a Vitamin D deficiency. I didn't even know I had it, until I got bloodwork taken at my annual physical. Do you take a multivitamin? It helped me ALOT, and now my Vitamin D level is back to what it should be, and I'm no longer tired all the time.

Make a patty out of a combination of lean ground beef and ground turkey. Add a little mozarella cheese to it as well. It's so good!

If your profile picture is you, you already have a defined belly. I don't see where the improvement is needed, you look great! And what do you do to burn 1200 a day? I usually burn around 400-500 and feel like I'm about to pass out!
