Sorry to hear about your health issues but I am happy that you are on the mend.... To your question on lowering your cals I would start with baby steps for the first week by changing your sodas to dite, milk to skimmed and sugar to sweetner... Too many changes it the start will put you off, after all this is a life change.…

I was the same after my first run and was dreading my second run, but when I did it I found I did not ache half as much as I thought... I am now on week 9 and loving it. It also helped me alot getting a proper pair of running shoes. Hope this helps and enjoy

Try the C25K (couch to 5k) prgramme... Its free and it helps you go from 1min running - 30 min running over 9 weeks... When I started I could barley run for the 1 min but now after starting and stopping I have just ran my first 30 min

I had that too (all day), so took it to the shop and it worked on the second time ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... Hopefully will not happen again but after seeing this post I think it might just be a matter of time. Next time I will go to Apple and not my provider like advised

Pleast take a look at this site. When I get F&C from the local chippy I would put it down 600-700 cals as he uses a really light batter, but alot of resturants tend to go for the thick sort which this looks like so probely will be closer to 1000 cals. Enjoy it though as its not something you have all the time :happy:

Totaly agree, was just about to say the same... Have you taken mesurements as they have kept me going when the scales stayed the same for example or I just could not see it.... Keep up the great work you are doing :bigsmile:

I love Starbucks and always ask for it my way venti skinny with just 2 pumps sugar free flavour which is only 168 cals :bigsmile: They have a good phone app which shoes natuation value of foods and you can also make up your own coffee to find out its cals, its great for that weekend treat

I use the weekly cal average on my phone alot to make sure that if I go over a bit I keep the averange in the green.... and yes I count everthing as it all adds up

This has to be a personal choice and not something your friend will understand espicaly with your choice of tatt.... I surgest you get a henna tatt and see how much you like it
