I was seeing the Dr a few years ago for the same thing which they decided was a virus... Eat well when you can and dont rush it and work with the Dr, I used to take diary printouts from this site. Hope you make a full recovery soon

As a rule I weigh twice a week but if I just got to stand on those scales and I have lost I always log. I find it gives me a buzz to see any loss on my ticker and encourages me to my official weigh day

The vodka is under half of the calories, its the mixer you put in it that is adding up.... Change to a different mixer like dite coke or tonic
