I just wanted to say that they are legaly bound in the UK to put the correct info on the products :flowerforyou: Also egg fried rice from supermarkets here is usually boiled rice with sliced bits of eggs and fish pie with with potato topping not pastery. To lose the weight I gained over the Banks Holidays lol
-
Found them on a website so you know what you are asking them to fit :) http://viewithere.com/ring_guard/ringguard.html?gclid=CNrG9-33x6gCFQEZ4QodeFdTpQ

I had the same with my engagement ring and did not want it resized till nearer my wedding for same reasons.... Go to the jewlers and they can place a small strip inside to give a better fit, this will be tempoary and also in the same metal as your ring so it wont scratch and you dont even feel it
-
Walking will be fine, you need to keep moving with a bad back.... Hope it gets better soon xXx

I loved it too, was so glad hubby did not rise from bed till after they left the Abby
