Awesome job! I worked out my arms with weights this morning, and ALL afternoon I did yard work. I even mowed the lawn (It is a unpropelled push lawn mower lol what a work out!) I am pooped! I am going to be out of town this weekend I will try to check in with my phone Sat and Sun! Talk with you all soon!

HOnestly I am kinda in the same boat. I was doing great on here and then I stopped cause of some stressors in my life I could not control, gained most of the weight back and I just want to start over today was the day I chose as well. Gotta love mondays. Thanks!

Try shiritaki tofu noodles! I saw them on a TV show.....prepare according to package directions and top with fave sauce.............THE WHOLE BAG is only 40 calories!!!! Very satisfying with NO GUILT!
