I just stopped bf my 7 month old I could not make enough for him anymore HIS APPETITE IS HUGE. Anyways I struggled with weight loss but managed to loose all my preggo weight by the time my baby was 5 mos. Granted my supply was not great but I ate and ate I kept my cals to 1900 cals and ate things like barley and veggies.…

I too am breastfeeding! I lost all my baby weight and my son is now 5 months. I am now working aon losing some extra lbs! I eat when hungry but its important to eat fruits and veggies. I read up on all the healthy foods that increase milk supply like oatmeal and carrots! I eat all that stuff and it helps me keep on track…

I would rather weigh in once a week if that is ok with all you ladies! Fridays is a great day for me.....I do like checking in every day though. It helps me stay on track!
