Yesterday i was too crazy busy, I didn't even get to have dinner before dashing to work for a 12 hour night shift. So yeah, I was under my cals and had my water yesterday. Under cals today, and did my water as well. Going to do the pygmy day 2 and 3 challenges now. I can't do 2 days worth of bushmen after a night shift.…

Did the bear walk. Definitely harder than expected. I kind of wished I did it when my kids were awake. It would have been more fun to do with them.

Did the water, stayed under with my cals, did the pygmy challenge (I wasn't sure about everything in the bushman) and I'll do the bear walk. Why not? Everyone is doing great! Keep it up!

I won't have access to my scale the rest of this weekend so I have to weigh in now. 183.6 Exactly the same as last week. I've been sick and haven't been able to exercise as much but I did compensate with lower intake. Oh well. I'm going out of town for the weekend. Wish me luck. Vacations kill my weight. I use the gym's reading because it monitors everything I do. For example, today I walked for 5 min to warm up, 35 min jog, 2 min sprint, 3 min walk to cool down. My weight was a little down this morning so I'm cautiously optimistic this plateau is over. Is it boring for me to recommend active.com? I love it. I liked it on Facebook and I get awesome articles on my home page. The other is coolrunning.com. It's a great resource if you ever want to take up running.

This might surprise you but in most Italian restaurants the food with the least cals is the ravioli, that is of course if it has marinara sauce and doesn't have tons of cheese on top. It shocked me but the more menus I look up, the more this is the case. Even Dr. Oz showed this on his show.

I do too. In fact, I am going to net about 500 today and I had pizza for dinner. I figure if I'm not hungry, I don't eat. I'm not going to stuff myself just to net 1200 calories.
