I have a Garmin that does all that. I think it's the 405? I got it for the running features and I lost my chest strap so I don't use it for the other features. It's not too hard to use.

178.6 :smile: Unfortunately it has been a bad exercise week for me but I have at least walked every day and I've been putting up my Christmas decorations so I'm definitely moving, lifting, climbing ladders, etc. more because of that.

Thank you! I think I found the probable cause of the gain. I started my period this morning. Hoping for a loss next week. As for the challenge, it's on! Great challenge!

181.2 :sad: I don't know what's going on. Except for Thanksgiving I had a really good week. That means I am up 10 pounds from my lowest weight in May. I really was back on the horse with everything this week. I should not be up.

180.4 :grumble: I am up a little thanks to a late night furniture moving and carpet removing session last night. I can tell I am so swollen. I'm confident I didn't gain 4 lb this week from my weight on Thursday.

I actually love running in the dark. I bought a reflective vest at the Home Depot. It's really calming to me and gives me time to reflect.

I've been told that I have really nice forearms. I told her that I was a forearm model and she believed me. Kind of funny.

Yep!!! When I see race photos I want to cry. The funny thing is they keep on e-mailing me to buy them. That's not going to happen.

Moving Comfort bras are great! It's what the running store guy suggested to me. He said they were the gold standard of sports bras for busty women. I got the Juno and love it!

I've forgotten to log in here but I have been counting. I'm at 25 miles so far. I need to make up a lot of ground but starting training on a half marathon so that should help.

I'm up at 5:15 to exercise every morning. My advice is to get a reliable exercise buddy. You keep each other honest. I work 1-2 night shifts per week too so that should show you how I'm not a morning person either.

Oops! Sorry Kristen. I was thinking the last weigh in was today even though I really weighed myself yesterday. I had a busy day with Easter egg hunts with both my fam and my in-laws and then work yesterday. 174!!!!! Crossing my fingers this stupid plateau is over!
